Brendan is an amazing realtor. He not only knows the overall market, but he makes a point to understand the neighborhoods. For example, the overall market is slowing down at this time, but our particular neighborhood was still hot. He new how and when to market it. Our house went under contract in under 10 days. Of course, every home is different. Brendan also had amazing pictures taken, no iPhone pics here. This was the third time we used Brendan's and his team and would certainly use again.
